Shipping/Returns/Warranty Information

Our Shipping Policy

  • We offer free delivery on orders within the Twin Cities.
  • Outside the Twin Cities, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 (excluding sales tax). Some restrictions may
    apply:
    • Total order weight must not exceed 100 lbs.
    • Bulk items (tables, tubs, dryers, etc.) will require additional shipping charges. Contact us for more details.
    • Dryers in for service are returned to you at your expense. We will assist you with the shipping process.
  • We utilize UPS and USPS for most of our shipping needs. If you have a preference for another shipping company,
    please inform us and will be do our best to accommodate.
  • Standard shipping orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our
    warehouse. If expedited shipping is desired, additional shipping charges will apply.
  • Maverick’s Pet Supply is NOT responsible for:
    • Delays in shipping caused by the shipping company
    • Items that are lost or damaged in transit. The shipping company will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Shipments include a tracking number. If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to
    you, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping company directly to investigate this issue.
  • If you have any shipping questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.

Our Return Process

We strive to make sure you are satisfied with the items you purchase from us. However, if you are not fully satisfied and
wish to return an item, we will gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase.

  • Contact us first before returning any item. We will ask you your reason for returning your item(s) to be sure there is not a manufacturer warranty issue. If there is, we will assist you in dealing with the manufacturer.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, in resaleable condition and free from damage.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the costs of returning your item(s) to us.
